ScreenMarker is a compact application that allows you to emphasize items from your desktop by using a highlighter. You can use it during presentations or to write down a few quick notes.
The program features a few preset shapes such as lines, rectanbles and circles but you can use it best in freehand mode. Freehand Highlighter allows you to point to the screen part that presents the most interest.
