A small application that reminds you it’s about time to take a break.
Increasingly more people lose a lot of time at the computer, people who spend long hours in front of the computer may develop RSI / OOS (Repetitive Strain injuries / Occupational Overuse Syndrome) syndrome. To help prevent this syndrome, it is best to take as many breaks as you can, to rest your body.
Take A Break will always remind you when it’s the right time to take a brake from your computer. Our recommendation is that after an hour spent in front of a computer to take minimum a 10 minute break.
