PDF OwnerGuard is a security software solution which enables you to protect your PDFs’ ownership rights, by preventing unauthorized users from viewing, editing or printing your documents. It can be
handled by users of any level of experience.

The interface of the application is clean and pretty intuitive. Thanks to the wizard-like interface, less
experienced users can quickly figure out their way around this app.

So, you can get started by creating a new project as well as by setting permissions (read only, read and
write) and time limitations (time limited or lifetime license).

Importing PDFs into the file list can be done by using either the file browser or folder view (the ‘drag and drop’ method is not supported). Working with multiple items at the same time is possible.

PDF OwnerGuard allows you to enable high-quality or low-quality printing, screen readers, form field fill-in, to copy or modify contents, assemble PDFs, and to modify annotations. In addition, you can apply a background or stamp watermark, and make PDF OwnerGuard overwrite existing files. Generating a user license can be done either automatically or manually; the latter option permits you to input a license code and user computer ID.
